Shipping
For standard, in-stock orders, we will do our best to ship your purchase within 48 hours. Your order should arrive in approximately seven to ten business days. (Our fulfillment hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm CST.)
For standard delivery, refer to the shipping and handling chart below. Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order.

Some items have an added shipping charge due to their size or weight in addition to the regular shipping and handling. Additional fees will be noted at time of check out.
At this time we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, foreign countries or U.S. territories. We ship small orders via USPS, UPS or Fedex. We will not ship to a P.O. Box; therefore, all orders must be shipped to a physical address. Larger furniture items will be shipped freight.
Returns
We take great pride in the merchandise we sell, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason to return an item. We make the process simple by not requiring an authorization. Any item purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund as long as we receive the item back no later than 30 days from the day you placed your order. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returned items.
Please package the item(s) in original packaging or in a way to ensure safe transportation. Include a copy of your packing slip and send to:

We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a refund on the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase. We will send you an e-mail confirmation once we have processed your credit.
We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Be sure that you ship the item back so we receive it within the 30-day return window.
HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE
Because merchandise purchased specifically for holidays is time sensitive, we can take returns only if they are received back in original condition no later than ten days from your date of purchase. We cannot accept returns of holiday merchandise after the associated holiday has passed. Please use the procedure above to make your return.
Damages
We inspect every piece of merchandise before it leaves our hands. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately at info@patinagreen.com within 48 hours. No claims can be made after 48 hours. Please be sure that you do not sign any delivery paperwork if there is any visible damage to the shipping container.
Privacy
Patina Green respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer during your visit. Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your address.
Sales Tax
We collect 8.25% Texas sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Texas. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
